Nicolas Caprio is the President of Rexall Pharmacy Group. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing Rexall’s overall retail strategy, including operations, merchandising, marketing, loyalty offering, e-commerce expansion, and customer centric approach to health and wellness.
Nick brings over 25 years of leadership experience in the health care and retailing sectors, including community pharmacy, pharmacy operations, Pharmacoeconomics, health and wellness and clinical pharmacy within the community setting. His retailing experience includes leading teams to drive results, merchandising, marketing, loyalty, communication and customer service.
An active contributor to the industry and his community, Nick continues to be a licensed pharmacist in both Ontario and Quebec and he is a member of the Board of Directors for Drug Free Kids Canada (DFKC). He also serves as a member of the board of the Retail Council of Canada (RCC) as treasurer.
Nick received his Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from the University of Montreal and a Minor in BSc, Chemistry. He graduated from the Health Sciences program from Marianopolis College.
