In this role, Lily partners with Executive Leadership on the development and implementation of talent strategies to attract and develop the best talent, provide seamless employee experiences, and drive engagement and culture within the organization.

Lily is an experienced human resources executive. Prior to joining McKesson Canada, she served as Vice President, HR Business Partner for Corporate Functions, and Interim Head of HR, Canada Segment, with global responsibility for Operations and Marketing at Manulife Insurance. Lily has extensive experience driving talent strategies, performance management, change enablement, employee engagement, DEI, and compensation approaches. Her previous roles also include Head of HR Strategy & Transformation, during which time she developed a multi-year transformation designed to create a more agile, future-ready, and digitally enabled HR function.
